You recognize trends before they're exhausted, edit videos rather short, fast, and to the point, and know that the first 2-3 seconds decide everything?

The WORLD CLUB DOME is one of the largest festivals in Europe.

What started in Frankfurt has become an international music & entertainment brand: from stadium festivals to international shows, tours, and other event formats, a music label, and many new ideas that are pending for 2026.

We're looking for a freelance video editor (m/w/d) with a strong social media focus, who understands how to build content that sticks – project-based and flexible in terms of deployment, remote and/or on-site at productions and events.

Tasks

•    Schnitt und Aufbereitung von Kurzvideos für Instagram, TikTok, YouTube Shorts & weitere Plattformen

•    Eigenständige Erstellung von Social Content (Reels, Clips, Teaser, Recaps)

•    Schnelle, dynamische Schnitte mit Fokus auf Hook, Tempo und Storytelling

•    Anpassung von Videos an aktuelle Trends, Plattform-Formate und Algorithmen

•    Enge Zusammenarbeit mit unserem Marketing- und Content-Team

•    Auswahl, Strukturierung und Aufbereitung von Footage (Events, Artists, Behind the Scenes)

•    Gelegentliche Erstellung einfacher Animationen oder Text-Overlays (Nice-to-have)

•    Optional: Unterstützung bei Content-Produktionen vor Ort auf Festivals und Events

Qualification

•    Nachweisbare Erfahrung im Videoschnitt mit starkem Social-Media-Fokus

•    Sehr gute Kenntnisse in Adobe Premiere Pro (After Effects von Vorteil, aber kein Muss)

•    Sehr gutes Gespür für Trends, Markenästhetik und aktuelle Social-Media-Formate

•    Verständnis dafür, was performt: kurze Videos, schnelle Schnitte, starke Hooks

•    Zuverlässige, eigenständige und strukturierte Arbeitsweise

•    Kreativität, Proaktivität und Hands-on-Mentalität

•    Begeisterung für Musik, Festivals, Popkultur und digitale Trends

•    Freelance / Projektbasis (Stunden- oder Tagessatz nach Absprache)

•    Flexible Zusammenarbeit: Remote und/oder vor Ort in Frankfurt sowie bei Events

•    Langfristige Zusammenarbeit bei guter Performance möglich

•    Zugang zu einer international bekannten Festival- und Entertainment-Marke

•    Kreativer Freiraum für eigene Ideen und Formate
