Relizont has been entrusted by a private healthcare company with over 700 employees operating in the private healthcare sector, to identify two people interested in taking on the role of OSS in RSA, to be hired on a temporary basis, with the possibility of future permanent employment. Location: Segrate (MI) The OSS role involves activities of care and assistance to guests at the facility. To take on this role, it is necessary: - to hold the Qualification Certificate for Social Health Operator recognized by the Region of 1000 hours - to have gained experience, even if brief, in public and/or private structures - to be available to work full-time 38 hours a week, with shifts including nights from Monday to Sunday with compensatory rest. The contractual classification provides: - qualification as an operator - Level 4S of the CCNL Uneba - gross monthly salary of €1,518 and, in any case, commensurate with experience and skills already acquired. The remuneration package also includes access to a welfare plan (financed by Ebitemp - National Bilateral Entity for Temporary Work) regarding, for example, health protection, contribution to childcare, personal loans, and support for: school expenses, extra-urban transportation, and territorial mobility.
