Multiple years of experience in a similar position with potential for further development
Familiarity with MS Office and SAP HR, knowledge of Bavarian Metal Tariff and ERA
High degree of self-initiative, pronounced service mentality, confident demeanor, excellent communication and teamwork skills, as well as persuasive power
Very good German and English language skills
