The tasks are: Employee management in all personal matters
Conducting recruitment processes, including creating job postings and conducting interviews, as well as hiring and terminating employment contracts
Support in planning and implementing training and further education measures
Participation in developing and implementing personnel strategies
Creating employment contracts, certificates, and other relevant documents
Ensuring compliance with labor laws
Maintenance of the HR system and administration of internal processes and HR guidelines
Presentation preparation for monthly payroll
Contact with and guidance from HR-relevant external service providers

You bring:
A completed education in the field of Human Resources, Personnel or comparable qualification
At least two years of experience in personnel management, ideally in a manufacturing company
Fundamental knowledge of labor law and experience in applying relevant laws
Excellent communication skills and a high level of empathy
Independent working style and teamwork ability
Good MS-Office skills
SAP knowledge is an advantage
Knowledge of labor, income tax, and social security laws
Basic English knowledge
