As a Ticketing Agent, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our passengers, handling ticket sales and reservations, and assisting with any inquiries or concerns. Responsibilities:

- Greet and assist passengers at the ticket counter with ticket sales, reservations, and changes to existing itineraries

- Provide accurate and timely information to passengers regarding flight schedules, fares, and policies

- Handle cash and credit card transactions for ticket sales

- Assist passengers with check-in and boarding processes

- Resolve any customer service issues or concerns in a professional and timely manner

Requirements:

- High school diploma or equivalent

- Minimum of 1 year experience in customer service or sales, preferably in the aviation industry
