• Providing excellent customer support to our Dutch-speaking customers through various communication channels.
• Handling customer inquiries regarding product information, orders, and returns.
• Helping customers resolve problems and complaints with a professional and friendly approach.
• Contributing to the optimization of customer processes and sharing feedback with the team.
• Documented customer interactions carefully in our systems.
• Participating in training and team meetings to improve skills and share experiences.

Requirements

• Fluent in Dutch and English, both spoken and written.
• Excellent communication and empathetic skills.
• Able to manage multiple tasks in a rapidly changing environment.
• Strong problem-solving capabilities and a customer-focused attitude.
• Experience in customer service is a plus, but not essential.
• Familiarity with CRM systems is a plus.
• A positive attitude and willingness to learn and adapt.
