But what does the collector's job consist of? As a seasonal worker and after having been fully trained, your main task will be to collect cereals from fields and farms, using specialized equipment and following precise instructions. You will work closely with our experienced collectors and team leaders to ensure efficient and high-quality collection. Your role will also involve monitoring and reporting on the quantity and quality of collected cereals, as well as maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
