Your Tasks

• Conducting individual job application trainings as well as interactive group workshops on job application strategies, resume creation, and interview preparation for our participants
• Accompanying participants throughout the entire job application phase – from the first workshops to successful participation in job application processes
• Counseling participants in 1:1 sessions on job search, interview techniques, professional orientation, and strength analysis
• Motivating students through proactive communication, regular check-ins, and sharing relevant tips, strategies, and best practices
• Observing current labor market trends and integrating relevant developments into workshops, trainings, and individual counseling offers

Your Skills

• Experience in HR-, recruiting- or management context as well as knowledge of the digital industry and experience in conducting workshops
• In-depth knowledge of current job application standards and a deep understanding of modern job application processes
• Knowledge or strong interest in the current labor market and job landscape
• Positive, empathetic, and solution-oriented basic attitude; high adaptability to the needs of different groups and individuals
• Sense of responsibility, excellent communication skills in German and English, as well as sovereign time and priority management
