We are looking for a Full-Stack Developer with proven experience and passion for technical challenges, who wants to be an agent of digital transformation in our team.

Your mission: Act consistently and autonomously in the development and evolution of systems in a large network of cooperative credit unions, actively contributing to code quality and process improvement.

Responsible for:

 - Developing and adjusting functionalities for product evolution with consistency and precision;

 - Elaborating and executing unitary/automated tests (functional and non-functional) to ensure quality;

 - Performing code-reviews, contributing to code quality and standards;

 - Identifying, proposing, and implementing continuous improvements in development processes;

 - Investigating and solving medium-complexity technical problems, acting proactively in resolution;

 - Managing your routine strategically, ensuring timely deliveries and quality;

 - Collaborating actively with the multidisciplinary team and other teams, sharing knowledge and methodology of work.

Requirements are:

- Acting as a DDL/DML developer;

 - Solid experience in development using SQL (Oracle, Progress, pl/sql, SQLServer);

 - Knowledge and application of good programming practices and design patterns;

 - Experience with unitary/automated tests and Pyramid of Tests concepts;

 - Familiarity with version control (Git) and CI/CD concepts;

 - Ability to adapt to different contexts and technologies, such as IA/FLOW;

 - Knowledge in software architectures and system integration (APIs).
