We are looking for a Product Owner to work on strategic projects in the segment of cards, benefits, and incentives, supporting the evolution of digital products in a highly regulated and large-scale financial context.

That person will have a central role in building and evolving the product portfolio, ensuring that the solutions delivered are aligned with the business strategy, user needs, and sector regulations, always focusing on value generation, operational efficiency, and customer experience.

Responsibilities

Acting from start to finish in planning and evolving products, from defining requirements to monitoring results.

Built, prioritized, and managed the product backlog, creating epics and user stories aligned with business needs and user needs.

Working with UX/UI, engineering, and data teams to ensure high-value experiences.

Interacting with multifunctional areas to map dependencies, align expectations, and ensure initiative execution.

Facilitating agile ceremonies, supporting the team in removing impediments.

Monitoring product performance indicators using data and feedbacks.

Ensuring continuous improvement of user experience and alignment with strategies

Acknowledging business cases for products, ensuring viability, sustainability, and result generation.

Ensuring alignment with credit policies, fraud prevention, and regulatory requirements in the digital environment.

Requirements for this challenge

Proven experience as Product Owner or equivalent role in digital products.

Experience in agile environments, acting with discovery, roadmap, backlog, defining MVPs, and launching functional features.

Experience in creating user stories, acceptance criteria, and prioritization based on value.

Analytical capacity for data-driven decision-making.

Experience in complex projects with multiple stakeholders and involved areas.

Good communication, organization, and collaboration skills in multidisciplinary teams.

Experience or familiarity with financial contexts, payment methods, cards, or benefits.

Differentials

Experience with products from the segment of benefits, incentives, cards, or PIX.

Knowledge in project management and developing new businesses.

Experience in leadership or coordination of multifunctional teams.

Familiarity with Azure and product development tools (e.g., Google Analytics).

Knowledge in CRM strategies, communication rules, and conversion.
