Our client, a U.S.-based provider of ABA therapy dedicated to delivering high-quality, compassionate services to children and families, is seeking a Jnr Medical Billing Representative to join their team. This is a remote position, EST time zone. Responsibilities: * Submit claims to insurance companies accurately and efficiently. * Follow up on claim denials and resolve outstanding issues. * Post payments and adjustments to patient accounts. * Review and analyze patient accounts to ensure accuracy. * Communicate with insurance companies and patients to resolve billing inquiries. * Maintain accurate and up-to-date billing records. * Assist with other billing-related tasks as needed. Requirements: * High school diploma or equivalent. * Previous experience in medical billing, preferably with ABA therapy. * Knowledge of insurance billing guidelines and regulations. * Proficient in using billing software and electronic health record (EHR) systems. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. * Strong attention to detail and accuracy. * Ability to work independently and as part of a team. * Must be able to work EST timezone. * Must have reliable internet and a suitable home office environment.
