For more details: https://www.rentokil-pestcontrolindia.com About the Role: The JM Supervisor - Cuddalore will be responsible for managing a team of field technicians, ensuring timely and efficient execution of pest control services, maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction, and achieving business targets. Key Responsibilities: • Manage a team of 5-7 field technicians to ensure effective execution of pest control services. • Ensure timely and efficient completion of tasks, meeting quality and quantity standards. • Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction through prompt response to customer queries and resolving issues promptly. • Achieve business targets by ensuring efficient use of resources, minimizing costs, and maximizing revenue. • Develop and implement strategies for improving team performance, productivity, and efficiency. • Foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement within the team. • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements. • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless integration of services and achieve business objectives. Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree in any discipline. • Minimum 3 years of experience in a supervisory role in pest control or related field. • Strong leadership and management skills. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. • Ability to travel frequently for business purposes.
