Farm Manager

We are looking for a manager to lead the day-to-day operations of a freshwater aquaculture farm in the Lugo area. The selected person will coordinate a work team and actively participate in production, supervising the daily production plan. They will be responsible for organizing farm tasks, monitoring the condition and development of the fish, and ensuring compliance with quality, animal welfare, and biosecurity standards. They will also be in charge of checking the operation of facilities and equipment, and detecting potential incidents to improve processes. We are looking for someone with a practical and organized profile, who enjoys working directly with fish and managing teams. Training in aquaculture, biology, veterinary medicine, or marine sciences is valued, as is experience in aquaculture production. Availability for weekends in case of emergency is necessary. The offer is for a permanent part-time contract, with working hours from Monday to Friday from 7:00 AM to 2:45 PM. An annual salary between 27,000 and 29,000 euros gross is offered.
