RESPONSABILITIES • Directly and qualify supervise the set of tasks that develop in the Department. • Establish the needs of goods and materials according to the demands of different areas of the company. • Prepare bid requests. • Evaluate and reconsider the inventory levels and supplies. • Manage and control the budget for the purchase of goods and services. • Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of goods and services. • Analyze and interpret financial data to make informed decisions. • Develop and implement strategies to optimize inventory management and reduce costs. • Collaborate with other departments to achieve common goals. • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures. • Perform any other tasks assigned by the management.
