Vehicle Occasional Store Manager - Lliçà de Vall

In HR Motor, a leading company in the automotive sector with over 26 years of experience in buying and selling used vehicles, we are looking to incorporate a Store Manager for our center in Lliçà de Vall. We are seeking someone with leadership skills, result-oriented and experience in managing commercial teams, who wants to take on the responsibility of the point of sale. Your mission: Manage the daily operation of the store, leading the team and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures. This includes but is not limited to: • Overseeing the sales process and providing guidance to sales staff • Maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction through excellent service • Analyzing sales data and making informed decisions to improve performance • Developing and implementing strategies to increase sales and profitability • Collaborating with other departments to achieve business objectives • Ensuring compliance with company policies, procedures and regulatory requirements.
