Location: Madrid. Hybrid work model, 2 days of remote work per week.

What are we looking for?

We are looking for a Project Manager with experience in project management in environments related to Public Administration or the defense sector, especially in the area of logistics and acquisitions.

Educational requirements

• Official university degree: Bachelor's, Licentiate, or Master's degree.
• Alternatively, accredited professional experience of at least 15 years in roles directly related to the position will be valued.

Technical knowledge

• Knowledge of Law 9/2017 on Public Sector Contracts (LCSP) and associated regulations in the Defense and Security field.
• Proficiency in logistics management tools: SIL, SIGMAWEB, and DAMES.
• Mastery of the Windows environment and Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

Professional experience

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, coordination, and supervision.
• Experience in environments of the General State Administration or the private sector.
• At least 5 years in acquisitions management under the Foreign Military Sales (FMS) system.

Main responsibilities

• Comprehensive project management in the logistics and acquisitions field.
• Team coordination and activity supervision.
• Contract monitoring in accordance with current regulations.
• Liaison with public and private organizations.
