Head of Production

We are looking for professionals to join a challenging project in the Production area, where you will find a team made up of 9 factories in Spain, 1 in Brazil, and 12 workshops spread across the United States, always with cutting-edge industrial technology and more than 6,000 employees.

As the manager of an Autonomous Production Unit, you will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and controlling the assigned production process for the unit, in order to ensure compliance with the established production volumes based on quality, productivity, and continuous improvement criteria, proposing technical improvements.

• Ensure operations according to objectives within your cell (OEE, budget, safety, quality, etc.), analyzing trends, data quality, and performance
• Leverage technical knowledge, methods, and management to achieve objectives within your cell
• Manage teams (production, maintenance, quality), being responsible for KPIs within the UA's perimeter, and ensuring the positive evolution of the unit's KAI
• Direct the "road map" for the UA, including production, projects, and maintenance
• Be responsible for adherence to the schedule
• Be responsible for problem management (quality or safety), including investigation and safety compliance for your perimeter
• Be the point of contact for innovation projects and coordination of tests and trials
• Be responsible for the legal compliance of your UA, given specific KPIs
• Ensure the implementation of the safety model, the Cosentino maintenance excellence model, and the Cosentino waste reduction zero losses model
• Prioritize failure modes together with the UA and COEs

Education: Degree in Industrial Engineering or similar

B2 level English

Knowledge of SAP, Next Factor -DMS, Document Manager, Minitab highly valued

Knowledge and experience in ISO 9000

Solid knowledge of the main indicators that measure productive activity (Production, Quality, and Efficiency, such as OEE, FTT, waste, etc.).

At least 5 years of experience managing teams in industrial companies and productive environments.

Solid methodological knowledge (e.g., "green belt"), experience in LEAN implementation projects

Technical understanding of production, quality, and process maintenance

Continuous improvement mindset – SPC knowledge

Ability to work with data and perform analysis (intermediate knowledge of data analysis)
