Job description
In Benalmadena, a station chef is sought for an Indian food restaurant. The responsibilities include preparing and executing Indian cuisine dishes, organizing the assigned station, controlling the mise en place, supporting the head chef, supervising the quality and presentation of dishes, managing basic stock, and complying with hygiene and food safety regulations. The contract is permanent employment, full-time, with split shifts from 12:00 to 16:00 and from 19:00 to 23:00, from Wednesday to Sunday. The offered salary is 1950 euros per month. Experience in Indian cuisine and the ability to work in a team in a dynamic environment are required.
