We're looking for a Head Chef/Head of Kitchen to lead our culinary team at AluaSoul Menorca, a 4-star hotel in the heart of the Balearic Islands. As part of our Inclusive Collection by Hyatt, you'll be responsible for managing and coordinating the daily operations of our kitchen, including menu planning, food preparation, and staff supervision. You will also be expected to maintain high standards of quality, safety, and hygiene in all aspects of your work.
