Head Chef

Job description

In Valle de Aranguren, a person is needed to be in charge of the kitchen to organize, coordinate, and supervise the daily tasks of the area, including catering and events. They will actively participate in dish preparation, manage purchases and supplies, control costs, and ensure compliance with HACCP regulations. They will also lead the team, oversee quality, hygiene, and risk prevention, and provide on-the-job training. Furthermore, they will coordinate special service attention and evaluate the competencies and work habits of the staff. The schedule is primarily Monday to Friday mornings, with availability to work some weekends and holidays according to service needs, always respecting legal rest periods. The contract is indefinite and full-time.
