Responsibilities: • Lead and manage the development of perishable categories in the commercial area, ensuring alignment with business objectives and customer needs. • Analyze market trends, consumer behavior, and competitor activity to identify opportunities for growth and improvement. • Develop and implement strategies to increase sales, improve profitability, and enhance customer satisfaction. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective communication and coordination of efforts. • Provide guidance and support to category managers and other team members to achieve business objectives. • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and new technologies to continuously improve processes and results. Requirements: • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field. • Minimum 5 years of experience in category management, preferably in the perishable goods sector. • Proven track record of success in developing and implementing effective strategies for growth and improvement. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to interpret data and make informed decisions. • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams. • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple tasks and deadlines.
