Companies: Grupo Feduchy Job Offer: Bar Manager & Cocktail Maker • Location: Restaurante Greda – La Barrosa, Chiclana de la Frontera (Cádiz) • Company: Grupo Feduchy (expanding hospitality group) The Restaurante Greda, belonging to Grupo Feduchy, is seeking to incorporate a Bar Manager & Cocktail Maker to lead the bar service and cocktail-making in one of the most outstanding gastronomic projects in La Barrosa. We are looking for a profile with experience, passion for cocktail-making and ability to work under pressure, as well as being able to provide excellent customer service. The ideal candidate will have a degree in Hospitality or related field, and/or equivalent experience. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the bar area, including ordering supplies, managing inventory, and ensuring that all aspects of the bar service are running smoothly. Additionally, they will be responsible for creating and implementing cocktail menus, as well as training and supervising staff. The ideal candidate will have a strong passion for mixology and be able to create innovative cocktails. They will also be expected to maintain high standards of customer service, ensuring that all customers receive an exceptional dining experience. The successful candidate will work closely with the restaurant's management team to ensure that the bar area is running smoothly and efficiently. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, as well as being able to work in a fast-paced environment. They will also be expected to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information discreetly. The successful candidate will receive a competitive salary of 2,300 € and 2,500 € per month, depending on experience, as well as accommodation.
