An exciting opportunity as a Territory Manager in Piedras Negras, Coahuila
Ensure that the commercial and distribution strategy designed by the company is correctly implemented, ensuring the profitable growth of the Business Partner (BP), through the maintenance and development of the client portfolio, with a focus on high-volume clients. Guarantee that the category is visible, profitable, and relevant within the Business Partner's portfolio.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Ensure the correct implementation of the commercial and distribution strategy with the Business Partner (BP) to drive profitable business growth.
- Manage and develop the high-volume client portfolio, monitoring their performance to ensure their retention, growth, and brand activation.
- Segment the client portfolio by volume, potential, and brand share to prioritize investments, identify risks, and execute recovery plans.
- Supervise commercial and credit conditions, ensuring correct execution at the point of sale and coordinating promotional activities with Trade Marketing.
- Act as a strategic link between the company and the Business Partner, communicating initiatives, launches, and promotions, and tracking KPI compliance.
- Analyze sales, inventory, turnover, pricing, and penetration data to identify trends, opportunities, and develop tactical and strategic plans.
- Train the Business Partner's sales force on competitive advantages and category management to strengthen the recommendation and prioritization of our brands.
- Prepare performance reports and indicators, monitor compensation, keep the client database updated, and follow up on agreements and operational results.
What are we looking for?
- Completed Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related fields.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar position.
- Intermediate English.
- Driver's license for car and motorcycle, with availability for national mobility.
- Negotiation, effective communication, objection handling, and decision-making skills.
- Results orientation, leadership, resilience, and teamwork ability.
- Experience in client management and building business relationships.
- Proficiency in reporting technological tools, Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Power BI, as well as knowledge of digital sales systems and commercial indicators.
