We are looking for a Reception Manager – Hotel AZZ Peñafiel Las Claras (Valladolid)

Are you passionate about the hotel world and customer service? At AZZ Hotels we want to incorporate a Reception Manager with experience and a vocation for excellence.

Your challenge

• Lead and motivate the reception team.
• Guarantee the best experience for the guest.
• Coordinate reservations, check-in/out and customer service.
• Collaborate with the other departments of the hotel.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar position (4*/5* hotels).
• English level C1 (essential).
• Management of hotel PMS and leadership skills.
• Proactive, decisive and service-oriented attitude.
