Leader in Marketing with strategy and solid knowledge to generate income through activations and rental of public spaces, increase foot traffic and position the Shopping Center with differentiating experiences for customers. Activities: Establish and implement marketing strategies to achieve business objectives; Develop and execute plans to increase sales and revenue; Analyze market trends and consumer behavior to identify opportunities for growth; Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement marketing campaigns; Manage and optimize marketing budgets; Provide insights and recommendations to improve marketing performance; Foster strong relationships with customers, partners, and stakeholders. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field; 5+ years of experience in a similar role; Strong understanding of market trends and consumer behavior; Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; Ability to work independently and as part of a team; Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); Familiarity with marketing automation tools and social media platforms.
