We are hiring! Shift Supervisor | Mexico City

At Aleatica, we drive safe and efficient mobility for thousands of users every day. Today we are looking for a Shift Supervisor who wants to lead operational teams and contribute to the optimal functioning of our highways.

What will you do?

✅ Supervise the operation of highway access points and links.

✅ Coordinate field work teams.

✅ Ensure road safety and operational continuity.

✅ Manage incidents and user support.

✅ Ensure compliance with safety protocols and standards.

We are looking for:

✔ Minimum 2 years of experience leading operational teams.

✔ Knowledge in logistics, road mobility, operations, or customer service.

✔ Proficiency in computer tools and Office.

✔ Availability to work in rotating shifts.

✔ Leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
