In its Coca-Cola franchise, the company seeks a leader who will be responsible for leading the development team to achieve strategic objectives, ensuring the successful implementation of projects, and fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement. The ideal candidate should have experience in software development, preferably with expertise in Java or Python programming languages, as well as knowledge of Agile methodologies and Scrum frameworks. Additionally, the selected candidate will be expected to collaborate with cross-functional teams, communicate effectively with stakeholders, and provide technical guidance to team members. As a key member of our IT department, the Development Leader will be responsible for developing and implementing software solutions that meet business needs, ensuring high-quality deliverables, and maintaining a strong understanding of industry trends and best practices.
