Consumer packaged goods sales

Functions:

• Achieve sales objectives.
• Supervision of the sales team.
• Direction of sales teams to achieve objectives.
• Ensure compliance with indicators.
• Carry out negotiations with clients.
• Manage resources efficiently.
• Ensure customer service.
• Management of support areas such as refrigeration, workshop, and warehouse.
• Optimize human capital efforts in the market, performing critical activities that drive sales volume in Brand and packaging.
• Validation and tracking of clients in the database
