Job description
Position Objective
Lead the Digital Transformation Office, coordinating and tracking the portfolio of strategic transformation initiatives to ensure their correct prioritization, execution, and value generation for the business. They will be responsible for establishing governance mechanisms, executive visibility, and integral management of projects, programs, and portfolios, ensuring efficient resource utilization, achievement of objectives, and capture of expected benefits.
Main Responsibilities
- Manage the portfolio of digital transformation and business improvement initiatives, ensuring their alignment with the organization's strategic priorities.
- Coordinate the operation of the Transformation Office, integrating the tracking of progress, risks, dependencies, benefits, and commitments of each initiative.
- Design and implement governance models, methodologies, indicators, tracking cadences, and escalation mechanisms for timely decision-making.
- Ensure the correct prioritization and allocation of resources considering organizational capacity, expected impact, and interdependencies between projects.
- Facilitate collaboration between Business areas, Information Technology, Finance, Data & AI, Human Resources, and project teams to accelerate execution and remove organizational barriers.
- Track business cases, committed benefits, critical milestones, budgets, and deliverable compliance.
- Develop and present executive reports, progress dashboards, and materials for steering and transformation committees.
- Drive the adoption of project management methodologies, agile practices, and execution standards that strengthen operational discipline.
- Lead change management initiatives to facilitate the adoption of new capabilities, processes, and tools.
- Identify risks, deviations, and improvement opportunities, proposing corrective actions that maximize value capture and accelerate portfolio results.
- Monitor performance indicators, financial and non-financial benefits associated with transformation initiatives.
Required Profile
Academic Background
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, or related field.
- Advanced English (essential)
- Master's degree in related areas desirable.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in project management, PMO, digital transformation, continuous improvement, business consulting, or portfolio management.
- Experience leading cross-functional initiatives and coordinating multidisciplinary teams.
- Desirable experience in digital transformation, automation, data analytics, or technology adoption programs.
Knowledge
- Project Portfolio Management (PPM).
- PMO and project governance.
- Agile and hybrid methodologies.
- Power BI.
- Planner.
- Power Platform.
- OnePlan (desirable).
- Cloud Solutions (Azure or other enterprise platforms).
Monterrey: hybrid model
Salary range: up to 85,000 gross and benefits above the legal minimum
