Talent Manager

Objective of the position:

Design, lead, and execute the Talent and Development strategy for the Café México operation, ensuring the strengthening of capabilities, the attraction of key talent, and the correct execution of performance evaluations, aligned with the business strategy and BIA's corporate guidelines.

Responsibilities:

• Design and implement the annual training and development plan for the Café México operation.
• Identify talent and critical capability gaps by area and level, and lead leadership development, key talent, and succession programs.
• Monitor the impact of training through effectiveness indicators.
• Lead the strategic recruitment of key positions (middle management, leadership, and critical roles) and ensure the correct execution of operational recruitment, in coordination with the operation's recruiters.
• Track headcount, vacancy coverage, hiring times, and quality of entry, and ensure alignment of the selection process with BIA's values, culture, and standards.
• Lead the annual performance evaluation process, ensuring consistency, quality, and adherence to timelines.
• Support leaders in defining work plans, development plans, and improvement plans.
• Manage and track the People Cycle (performance, potential, key talent, talent at risk) and ensure the correct documentation and traceability of talent processes.

Profile we are looking for:

• Graduate of a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Psychology, Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
• Minimum of 4 years of experience as a Talent Specialist, Recruitment Specialist or Manager, or similar positions.
• Knowledge of performance evaluation methodologies and the design and implementation of training and development plans.
