Critical Systems and Installations Manager

Maintain all critical services and plant services in operation according to the company's needs, develop, implement, supervise, and report on the preventive maintenance program and perform the required corrective maintenance, buildings and green areas of the site for their correct operation. Functions: - Maintain the operation of all critical services such as water system, compressors, HVAC, electrical systems, dust collection systems, steam systems, etc...; Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards; Develop and implement procedures to prevent and mitigate potential hazards; Conduct regular inspections and maintenance activities to ensure optimal performance and reliability; Collaborate with other departments to identify and address potential issues; Provide training and guidance to personnel on proper maintenance practices; Monitor and report on the effectiveness of maintenance programs; Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
