Head of Hall

We are looking for a person for a key position in the hall, with the objective of ensuring the best experience for our clients. Among their main responsibilities will be the coordination of service in their assigned area, paying direct attention to the diners and ensuring that everything runs according to the highest standards of the establishment. The selected person will have to supervise and organize the hall team, distributing tasks and ensuring that each member performs their duties efficiently. Experience, leadership ability, and strong skills for working under pressure and in a dynamic environment will be positively valued. We are looking for someone organized, with initiative to resolve incidents, and with good knowledge of protocol and service. Fluent command of English and Portuguese is essential. This position is offered with a permanent contract, full-time employment, and a split schedule.
