Human Resources Manager

In SSA México, a leading international port services company, we are seeking to integrate into our team at the Guaymas Terminal a HUMAN RESOURCES MANAGER. As Human Resources Manager, you will be responsible for Coordinating, controlling and supervising the areas that make up human resource management, with the aim of fulfilling specific objectives of the area and general organization goals. Main responsibilities: Supervise the human resources areas, nominate and manage personnel, develop and implement policies and procedures related to labor relations, ensure compliance with laws and regulations, coordinate training programs, and provide support to managers and employees. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field, minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role, excellent communication and leadership skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, proficiency in Microsoft Office, knowledge of labor laws and regulations.
