Ikigai Restauración, a gastronomic group in expansion and a reference in contemporary Japanese cuisine in Madrid, selects a Head of Range to join its team. Main functions: Support the direction in coordinating the service of the dining room, ensuring the best possible experience for customers. Supervises the service staff, monitors the quality of food and drinks, and ensures that the restaurant's image is maintained. Manages conflicts and complaints from customers, resolving them promptly and efficiently. Collaborates with the kitchen team to ensure that dishes are served in a timely manner. Maintains a clean and organized dining room, ensuring that all areas meet health and safety standards. Develops and implements strategies for improving customer satisfaction and increasing sales. Participates in the development of new menu items and promotions. Assists in the planning and execution of special events and parties. Provides exceptional customer service, ensuring that customers feel valued and appreciated. Maintains a positive attitude and provides support to colleagues when needed. Ensures compliance with company policies and procedures. Develops and maintains relationships with suppliers and partners. Participates in training and development programs to improve skills and knowledge. Performs other duties as required.
