Floor Manager

We are looking for an experienced floor manager with expertise in high-end restaurants to lead.

The ideal candidate will have leadership skills, attention to detail and exceptional focus on customer service, ensuring a memorable gastronomic experience for our customers.

Availability to work between Veracruz and Boca del Rio.

Preparation:

• Education: Certification in Hospitality, Gastronomy or equivalent experience in high-end restaurants.
• Experience: Minimum of 2 years as a captain of waiters or similar position in a seafood environment.

Requirements:

a. Excellent communication and customer service skills.
b. Ability to lead and motivate a team.
c. Knowledge of service and quality standards in the hospitality industry.
d. Ability to handle stressful situations and resolve problems.
e. Knowledge of hygiene and safety regulations in the hospitality industry.

Special Requirements:
a. Previous experience in a supervisory position in the hospitality industry.
b. Certification in food safety.
c. Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.

• Salary $10,500.00 to $16,000.00 monthly net + tips + bonus up to $5,000.00 + Annual Savings Fund + Legal Benefits starting from the 2nd month.
