Operations Manager

We have a challenging opportunity for an Operations Manager.

Position Objective

You will be responsible for planning, coordinating, supervising, and controlling cash-in-transit and specialized services operations, ensuring compliance with service levels, area productivity, and customer satisfaction.

Main Responsibilities

✅ Coordinate and supervise daily operations and service scheduling.

✅ Lead multidisciplinary teams, ensuring adequate resource and personnel allocation.

✅ Track operational indicators, productivity, service levels, and profitability.

✅ Guarantee compliance with safety and risk prevention protocols.

✅ Supervise the operational status of units and work equipment.

✅ Manage operational incidents and ensure a timely response to internal and external clients.

✅ Coordinate the implementation of new services in conjunction with commercial areas and branch management.

✅ Drive continuous improvements that strengthen operational efficiency and customer experience.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Administration, Engineering, Accounting, or a related field. (Graduated)

Minimum of 3 years of experience leading logistics, transportation, or operational services operations.

Experience in managing unionized personnel and administering work teams.

Knowledge in logistics, operational planning, management indicators, and security.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Leadership, negotiation, organization, analysis, and problem-solving skills.
