Job description
An important company in the entertainment sector is looking for a Table Games Manager, who will be responsible for ensuring the correct operation of the game tables, ensuring compliance with business objectives, excellence in customer service, and adherence to operational and safety procedures.
Main Responsibilities
- Supervise the daily operation of the game tables to ensure compliance with revenue objectives and service levels.
- Lead and develop the operational team, promoting a high-performance culture.
- Analyze customer behavior and preferences to identify improvement opportunities and strengthen the gaming experience.
- Implement strategies aimed at the growth and profitability of the operation.
- Ensure the availability of the human and material resources necessary for the operation.
- Ensure compliance with operational procedures, gaming regulations, and safety protocols.
- Track operational indicators, personnel incidents, performance evaluations, and administrative processes.
Requirements
- Completed Bachelor's degree in Administration, Industrial Engineering, Hospitality and Tourism, or a related field.
- Intermediate English.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in Table Games operations within the casino or entertainment industry.
- Experience leading work teams.
