Maintenance and Digitalization Manager

Detect and implement as well as attend group initiatives related to automation and digitalization projects of statistical information on machinery, equipment, and processes that contribute to better analysis and real-time opportunities for improvement, productivity, and security in the area by eliminating manual activities. Main responsibilities: Develop projects to obtain critical variables from processes for analysis of indicators of the same. Implement and maintain systems for data collection, processing, and visualization. Analyze and interpret statistical information to identify trends and patterns. Provide recommendations for process improvements based on data analysis. Collaborate with other departments to implement changes and monitor progress. Identify and prioritize areas for improvement and develop action plans to achieve them. Develop and maintain documentation of processes and procedures. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards. Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics.
