¡FORMA PARTE DE LA FAMILIA COSTEÑA! “Maintenance Manager” Profile Mechanical Engineer, Industrial or related 5 years of experience leading work teams in food and beverage plant. Knowledge of: TPM, OEE, MTTR, MTR | HACCP, BPM FSSC22000. Maintenance on filling equipment, ultra pasteurized, glass. Control and measurement instruments for process control Administration of budget, cost reduction, energy optimization (Steam, boilers, water treatment) Activities: Development of maintenance plans, implementation of corrective actions, monitoring of KPIs, continuous improvement. Leadership skills, team management, communication, problem-solving, adaptability, attention to detail, analytical thinking, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
