Maintenance Manager

Objective of the Position Ensure the optimal functioning, security, and image of the facilities of the business unit, through correct planning, execution, and control of preventive and corrective maintenance programs, ensuring compliance with operational standards, current regulations, and assigned budget. Main Responsibilities Coordinate and supervise the maintenance team to ensure timely execution of preventive and corrective routines. Administer the maintenance schedule, monitoring and controlling the progress of tasks, identifying and correcting any deviations from the planned timeline. Ensure the proper functioning of equipment and systems, performing routine inspections and tests to prevent failures and minimize downtime. Develop and implement maintenance plans and procedures, taking into account the specific needs of each facility and the business unit's objectives. Collaborate with other departments to ensure effective communication and coordination of maintenance activities. Monitor and control costs related to maintenance, ensuring compliance with budgetary constraints. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards, implementing measures to prevent accidents and injuries. Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers and contractors, negotiating prices and terms for goods and services. Analyze and interpret data on equipment performance, identifying trends and areas for improvement. Provide technical guidance and support to team members, ensuring they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively. Ensure compliance with environmental regulations and standards, implementing measures to minimize waste and reduce the company's ecological footprint. Develop and implement strategies to improve maintenance efficiency, reducing costs and increasing productivity. Monitor and control inventory levels, ensuring that spare parts and materials are available when needed. Provide regular reports on maintenance activities, identifying areas for improvement and proposing solutions. Ensure compliance with quality standards, implementing measures to prevent defects and ensure customer satisfaction.
