Logistics Manager for Leading Retail Company

In a leading company within the Retail/Mass Distribution sector, we are seeking a committed and proactive Logistics Manager to join our team. This role is fundamental to the success of our logistics operations and to ensure excellence in customer service. Reporting directly to the Business Unit Director, the selected candidate will lead the logistics team, focusing on efficiency, inventory management, and customer satisfaction.

Main Responsibilities:

• Manage a team of over 15 people, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
• Design and achieve clear logistics objectives, implementing strategies to optimize processes.
• Oversee the economic management of the area, including procurement and stock management.

Requirements:

• Solid experience in team management and logistics, preferably in the mass distribution or retail sector.
• Ability to set goals, plan, and execute improvement actions.
• University degree in a related field will be a plus.
