Accounting Manager

We are looking for an Accounting Manager with experience in general accounting, fiscal and payroll, able to ensure the correct fulfillment of the organization's accounting and fiscal obligations, as well as coordinate and follow up on key financial processes of the business. Main responsibilities: Supervise and ensure timely and accurate recording of accounting policies (incomes, expenses and daily). Perform and validate monthly bank reconciliations. Integrate, analyze and debug financial statements. Coordinate and supervise the preparation of annual financial reports. Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations. Develop and maintain relationships with external auditors and regulatory bodies. Provide guidance and support to accounting team members. Analyze and interpret financial data to inform business decisions. Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs. Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion. Coordinate and participate in special projects as needed. Ensure the organization's financial records are accurate, complete and up-to-date.
