MRO purchasing strategy and management

Supplier negotiation and development

Sourcing of spare parts, materials, tools, and services

Optimization of costs and commercial conditions

Reduction of supply risks and operational continuity

Development of indicators and continuous improvement of the purchasing process

Team leadership and development

Ideal profile:

✅ Experience in MRO purchasing, indirect materials, maintenance, or industrial sourcing

✅ Experience in negotiation and supplier management, as well as investment/expansion projects

✅ Analytical skills and results-oriented approach

✅ Ability to work closely with Operations, Maintenance, Finance, and other areas

✅ Experience leading teams.
