About the Role

Head of Training and Regulatory Compliance

In this role, you will be responsible for designing and implementing the institutional training strategy, aligning it with organizational priorities to strengthen the capabilities of our teams.

You will lead training projects, learning solutions, and compliance with NOM-035-STPS, NOM-037-STPS, and the Joint Commission on Training, Apprenticeship, and Productivity, incorporating methodologies, technology, and indicators to measure learning impact.

Your Main Challenges

• Design and implement the training strategy and projects, ensuring scope, timelines, budget, and results.
• Manage compliance with NOM-035 and NOM-037, including diagnostics, action plans, audits, and documentary evidence.
• Coordinate the Joint Commission on Training, DC-1, DC-2, DC-3, and DC-4 forms, and STPS registrations through SIRCE.
• Design learning solutions with methodologies such as 70-20-10, social learning, and digital experiences.
• Manage learning platforms and tools, driving the use of technology and artificial intelligence.
• Measure training effectiveness using indicators and the Kirkpatrick model, primarily levels 3 and 4.
• Advise HR Business Partners on training needs and solutions.
• Manage vendors and strategic alliances, as well as foster a culture of continuous learning.
• Lead and follow up with the team in charge.

Profile We Are Looking For

Essential Requirements:

• Completed Bachelor's degree in Law, Business Administration, or related fields.
• Solid experience in training, learning, and development, ideally in positions with responsibility for projects and regulatory compliance.
• Knowledge and experience in NOM-035-STPS and NOM-037-STPS.
• Knowledge of the Federal Labor Law regarding training and apprenticeship.
• Experience in managing training projects and tracking indicators.
• Knowledge of learning methodologies and models, including Kirkpatrick.
• Experience working with digital learning platforms or ecosystems.
• Intermediate-high English proficiency.
• Competencies in leadership, self-management, assertive communication, problem-solving, service orientation, and sense of urgency.

Desirable:

• Master's degree or specialization in Human Resources, Learning, Labor Relations, or MBA.
• Certification in NOM-035-STPS and/or NOM-037-STPS.
• Experience with digital tools, LMS, and artificial intelligence initiatives applied to learning.
• Experience managing training and instructional design vendors.
