Process Quality Manager

Join our team as Process Quality Manager! In this strategic position, you will be responsible for ensuring excellence in our production chain by identifying critical control points and defining monitoring tools. We are looking for a leader with a vision for continuous improvement, able to direct root cause analysis and ensure the effectiveness of action plans in collaboration with Assembly and Engineering areas.

Essential Requirements

Education: Professional degree in Production Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or related fields.
Masters: Desirable in Management, Projects or Administration.
Experience: 5 to 7 years of quality control or management experience, preferably in the automotive industry.
Languages: English level B2 (Intermediate High) certified.
Tools: Intermediate Excel and Power BI desirable.
Location: Rionegro and Guarne.

Main Responsibilities

Analyze and track quality management indicators.
Accompany problem analysis, identifying causes and defining action plans.
Design and implement surveillance plans to meet variable requirements.
Define methodologies for non-quality cost administration.
Ensure documentation updates and participate in audits.

Conditions

Contract: Direct with the company.
Schedule: Monday to Friday
