Job description
We are a leading company in the pharmaceutical industry, specializing in the marketing, distribution, and dispensing of health supplies. We invite you to join our team.
Requirements Education: Completed Bachelor's degree with certificate.
Experience: Indispensable in the pharmaceutical sector, with a minimum of one year in activities related to the supply chain.
Live near the area: Kilometer 6.5 Morelia Salamanca Highway, Tárímbaro, Mich. Elevapark. Knowledge of NOM 59 documentation best practices.
Desirable skills in ISO 9001, 14001, 45001, 28001, 13415.
Advanced Excel: Pivot tables, databases.
Activities: Validate that all medication and health supplies requested by the client are fulfilled, ask auxiliaries for correct fulfillment respecting PCPS, Lot, and description. Request lot change if necessary to meet client requirements. Verify that all slots are assigned to warehouse auxiliaries, validate that all auxiliaries maintain cleanliness and order in each of the slots.
Request order reservation from control desk, in order to release orders and begin with the corresponding fulfillment of the day, without errors in this process.
Slot assignment, Request location change according to warehouse layout, Report any personnel incidents to the warehouse manager. Request warehouse auxiliaries to perform cyclic inventory count of assigned slots, assist in physical monthly inventory taking in conjunction with the inventory coordinator.
