Commercial Zone Center Manager

Objective: Identify and respond to customer inquiries in a timely and accurate manner. Must receive, process, and facilitate information to each corresponding area, directing actions to meet the requested requirements. Work with program, commercial, and operations teams to ensure the correct flow of different requirements.

Responsibilities:

• Ensure the effective transformation and communication of customer demand throughout the supply chain, to manage and prepare sales forecasts.
• Analyze demand by segment classification, client, and required product.
• Prioritize, manage, and analyze customer demand against installed capacity.
• Making decisions that ensure service fulfillment and resource optimization.
• Ensure compliance with service indicators, market, new products, delivery, and established sales and inventory objectives by the organization.
• Manage and coordinate delivery plans: quantity, date, delivery requirements, and recipient.
• Coordinate with quality area plants to follow up on QRS (complaints, claims, and suggestions).
• Establish guidelines, procedures, tools, and standardize the work system in the entire Customer Service Area.
• Support resolving any type of problem that prevents fulfilling commitments to customers.
• Participate in projects or developments to improve internal processes.
• Suggest alternative product sequences in critical capacity situations.
• Coordinate with internal areas for inventory reprocessing needs.
• Regular meetings with internal and external work teams.
• Visits and meetings with customers according to process requirements and prospecting new clients.
• Collaborate in price adjustment negotiations as established by management.
• FOLLOW-UP AND COORDINATION WITH THE FINANCE AREA TO ENSURE GOOD FUNCTIONING OF CUSTOMER PORTFOLIO.
