Modality: Hybrid

Position Objective: To drive supply chain transformation through the development and execution of strategic initiatives, applying project management methodologies and data analysis to optimize processes, improve operational efficiency, and facilitate the adoption of innovative technologies in the logistics area.

Position Roles:

• Manage initiatives defined within the CDS Transformation from their definition to their execution.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary teams, fostering collaboration between areas for the achievement of CDS Maturity and Sustainability initiatives.
• Define and implement operational and tactical improvement processes in Logistics.
• Coordinate the Supply Chain Academy Program.
• Evaluate and implement technological solutions that help raise the level of maturity in the CDS.
• Lead Trainee teams with Universities, evaluating and monitoring their projects.
• Research, coordinate, and execute projects to build Resilience in the Supply Chain.

Requirements:

• Completed Degree: Industrial Engineering, Logistics, Business Management, or related fields. | Desirable: Specialization or diploma in Supply Chain, Digital Transformation, Project Management, or Business Analytics.
• 3+ years of experience in Logistics within the mass consumption sector.
• Project management (desirable: waterfall / scrum).
• Advanced English (oral and written).
• Advanced MS Excel, Python, Power BI, Strategy. SAP.
• Leadership, Analysis and decision-making, Effective communication, Results orientation.
