Labor Relations Headship

Leading company in Mexico seeks a Labor Relations Headship with solid experience in union management and labor strategy for large-scale organizations. About the position: You will lead the integral strategy of Labor Relations and Union Management, ensuring preventive management aligned to operational, financial, and cultural business needs. You will be responsible for compliance with current labor framework, implementation of labor reforms, administration of labor disputes, development of collective bargaining agreements, and maintenance of positive employer-employee relationships. The ideal candidate should have a bachelor's degree in Labor Relations or related field, 8 years of experience in union management and labor strategy, and knowledge of Mexican labor laws and regulations. You will work closely with the HR department to develop and implement policies and procedures that promote a positive and productive work environment.
