At Grupo DESC, we are looking for someone passionate about data and advanced analytics to lead initiatives that generate business value through analytical models, Machine Learning, and high-impact data solutions.
Main Responsibilities
- Lead advanced analytics and data science projects.
- Develop and implement Machine Learning models aimed at solving business problems.
- Design and optimize data pipelines for production environments.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to translate business needs into analytical solutions.
- Generate indicators, predictive models, and strategic recommendations for decision-making.
- Lead initiatives and provide technical support to the data analysis team.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or Engineering in Actuarial Science, Data Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Engineering, Computer Science, or related fields.
- Experience leading data analysis, data science, or advanced analytics projects.
- Proficiency in Python and SQL.
- Experience developing Machine Learning models applied to business.
- Experience with Databricks and/or PySpark.
- Experience working with Cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP).
- Experience building data pipelines and production environments.
- Advanced English.

- Gross monthly salary of $55,000 to $60,000.
- Savings fund 13% with legal cap.

Location:
- Santa Fe, CDMX (100% in-person), or
